Pros
Good pay and benefits. Meet some nice people.
Cons
-The company communication is almost non-existent. I say almost, because extra work is always communicated. However, no more hours are given to you to accomplish it with. The GM is often given no notice about major undertakings happening at their site. -Poor training on some core elements of the position. -Store resets are not well planned or executed. -Multiple weekly meetings are a complete repeat from the week before and unannounced TM visits will eat up your whole day. A ridiculous amount of unnecessary tasks take up time you need to do the endless cycle counts, paperwork, scheduling, ordering, cooking, stocking, cleaning, hiring, training, errands, etc. that are required. -It is not very high pay for the associates, so turnover is very high and productivity is low. -Constantly being told that you are appreciated, but never being shown that you are. -No matter how much you work, it is never enough. Unrealistic expectations by upper management. -Ridiculous push on the perks program. -Products forced in and you get dinged for the waste. -Many equipment problems and low quality fixtures. -Worst POS equipment I have ever worked with!
