Pros

The project I was involved with did not involve speaking to Customers. I was blessed with friendly co-workers. Most of the Team Leads I had were very helpful and professional. I would like to give a shout out to my Manager for her patience, understanding, and professionalism. Also, vacation is generally approved with advanced notice. The pay was decent considering the scope of the project.

Cons

You start out as a temp and the time can vary. I had one Team Lead that was rude and unprofessional. Some of the inquiries I received from Customers were not easy. Also, you had to be able to interpret carefully what the Customer is trying to say, since some of the inquiries I had were littered with bad spelling and grammar. The project eventually got off-shored to the Philippines.
