Pros
Weekly pay. Hours are reasonable .
Cons
I recently worked at global response under vineyard vines. I honestly thought it was a nice company however, after I made it through training ,never missed a day and Monday was suppose to be my first day on the floor. I was told that I was fired due to cliental reasons before I was even presented the opportunity to start my shift. I was pulled into an office while I observed the rest of the people from my training group on the floor and clocking in . When I probed for a reason as to why I was fired , I was told the contract ended . However, the job was seasonal and was suppose to end in january . Their was opportunity for full time employment but I was pregnant and I knew I would only be able to do a seasonal position. When I was hired no one knew I was pregnant . However in training when I had to introduce myself to the class I mentioned the fact that I was pregnant , I didn't think that I had anything to hide . So if the contract ended for the account why was I the only one pulled in to the office and let go why wasn't it announced to the entire training class. In all honesty I feel like their was some discrimination going on and I wouldn't recommend working their to anyone else because of my experience . But you guys are welcome to give it a try.
