Working in a dual environment where you wear suits but also have a babyfoot in the lounge. Start-up energy but with a clear corporate and streamlined structure. Working on core client projects and deliverables while having to integrate new services and ideas.
Cons
Growing a bit fast, moving the new offices and new hires means the family has dissolved a bit, especially with bigger contracts/clients to service.
