      Pros

      When I worked there, I worked with some truly amazing people, that I'm still friends with today. Also, there is such a high employee turnover that you could potentially move up quickly.

      Cons

      They work in a completely reactive environment based on the CEO's whims. Nepotism is rife so most of the senior management comprises of people who are woefully unqualified for their positions; they just happen to be a cousin of the CEO, etc. There is no planning, foresight or visibility in any of the departments, so therefore a lot of work is repeated or just completely pointless as a prop will go live and then be taken down the following week. Everything is shrouded in secrecy as there has been a lot of speculation about where the company gets its money.

      Pros

      I love the location of the office, it's very accessible by TTC. The company also offers great health benefits and performance reviews are encouraged every bi-yearly or yearly.

      Cons

      Have not experienced any negatives yet.

      Pros

      Professional environment with good facilities. Employees were asked to WFH when the pandemic hit. Still growing as a company, lots of opportunities.

      Cons

      -No work-life balance -No process established. This needs work. -Some people in management need interpersonal skills (finance, sales) -Need better managers
