No perks at office. No flex time, no WFH. Very poor work culture. No one reads your email, to have your voice heard, you are expected to wander door to door without affecting your productivity. Almost 95% employee are immigrant and company is being operated as an office in 3rd world country. Salaried employee are asked to work irregular hours, extended hours on regular basis without any form of incentives. Company use some technology that rarely others use so your growth is severely limited.
