Pros
Every summer, you will see a bunch of High School Interns running around the office. Did I mention, they are all sons/daughters of someone in the leadership.
Cons
Leadership is filled with egocentric individuals, who are resistant to change of any sort. They like outdated software and hardware. A lot employees are cousins to an individual in leadership. HR department is run by High-School graduates, who don't know the meaning of "Human" or "Resource".
