      + Employs recent graduates + Young company with social activities

      Cons

      - Little or no opportunities to be promoted - Money focused company, do not invest in their employees - Hierarchical - Low salary (no annual reviews or opportunities for an salary increase) - No work / life balance (expect employees to work 12 hours each day without any benefits) - Teams understaffed in some departments - Say that they encourage creativity but everything comes from top managers. What they say you have to do.

      Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

      Supportive team, collaboration within the team

      Cons

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
