      Pros

      My team is great and the work is very interesting. An entrepreneurial company so if you want to get involved in anything, you can.

      Cons

      HR and corporate governance are lackluster. I know my salary (25k) is higher than some other entrant analysts. 20 days holiday is not enough.

      Lots of freedom. Need to have product for clients.

      Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

      Supportive team, collaboration within the team

      Cons

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
