      Cannot actually think of anything good about this company, its work and the culture

      Cons

      Poor work - Low quality monotonous work, Weird managers Fixed punch in hours Do not value employees at all Cant see any personal or professional growth No flexibility to wfh or timings Salary has a crazy annual gift sort of thing.. part of CTC u get only on ur 366th day in company.. silly!!

      Lots of freedom. Need to have product for clients.

      Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

      Pros

      Supportive team, collaboration within the team

      Cons

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
