Pros

Good community. Strong levels of work autonomy. Industry exposure. Good training.

Cons

Significantly below-industry pay. Sparsely attained and badly placed incentive scheme (no renewal-driven incentives, purely sales-driven). Poor general management without any scope for actual change (mainly due to lack of sway of mid-level managers). Sales-heavy power-driven upper management. Retention Levels abismal (talent flies through and out the other side rapidly). Witnessed some pitiful examples of employee negligence (i.e. Contract-exploitation, lack of transparency, dead-end initiatives).

Lots of freedom. Need to have product for clients.

Cons

Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

Pros

Supportive team, collaboration within the team

Cons

You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
