      - Some really nice people to work with. - Work-life balance and WFH flexibility

      Cons

      - There is no clear strategy - A Startup operates better and is more stable than this company - They hire and fire... no deep thoughts put into their hiring strategy - Redundancies and layoffs happen every 6 months - People work in fear and worried they could be the next - Very low pay compared to industry standards - The benefits are quite laughable - No career growth plan

      Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

      Pros

      Supportive team, collaboration within the team

      Cons

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
