I had joined the company completely from a different sector and had very limited experience or knowledge about digital technology. Yet I was given a free hand to take up initiatives and encouraged to contribute to the growth of the company. The team is young, very friendly and very supportive.
I moved out of GlobalLinker after 4 years to start my own company. My decision was positively accepted by the management although the timing caused great inconvenience to them. I had a very smooth exit and I continue to be closely associated with GlobalLinker.
