      - Always there to help from day 1 till the day I left - Hybrid - Open to your needs, meaning they assign you projects based on what you want

      - Maybe the salary at first, but if you work hard the first 2 months, believe me that you'll be compensated later

      Pros

      Enjoyable workplace with great colleagues that are always available to help you out. Cool benefits such as private medical assistance, birthday day off, english classes, free lunch on fridays, flexible hours and any snack you wanna eat.

      Cons

      not really a con, but sometimes the coffee gets burned.
