I had a highly negative experience at this company, and I feel compelled to share the numerous issues I encountered:
1. Toxic Internal Politics: The company thrives on internal politics. To stay happy or advance, you have to get involved in the toxic environment, which is detrimental to personal and professional growth.
2. Incompetent and Self-Centered Management: The management is solely focused on their own benefits and financial gains. They have little regard for the well-being or professional development of their employees.
3. Exploitation of Employees: Employees are treated like laborers, made to work excessive hours for very low pay. When requesting a fair appraisal, they are pressured to resign.
4. Hostile Work Environment: If an employee refuses to resign, the management creates a hostile work environment, making it impossible to continue working without immense stress and discomfort.
5. Mental Harassment: I personally experienced mental harassment, which forced me to quit. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and harmful.
6. Hypocritical Leadership: The Director is a significant part of the problem, exhibiting hypocritical behavior. The company is unsafe under the current leadership.
7. Disposable Employees: The management will pretend to be supportive to extract maximum work from you, including extra tasks, only to discard you once you are no longer useful.
Overall, this company is not a place where professionals can thrive or feel valued. The current management's unethical practices and toxic culture make it a terrible place to work. Proceed with caution if you are considering joining this organization.
