State of the art technology and small company feel

I haven't experienced any downside yet.

Community of individual contributors and management team were super supportive. Company was forward looking in collaborating with customers versus being a fast follower or trailer in the market. Many, many intelligent people worked here and made for an interesting environment to learn the business.

Limited room for promotion and rotation in the sales group. Overall market performance created a very challenging time at the company and competitors. This led to limited investment.
