Pros
-Immensely talented and friendly coworkers...really, that's about it.
Cons
-Poor location -Inept, incompetent, and absentee management -Lies upon lies from the interview process through to daily workplace functions -Inconvenient office location -Minimum wage with unpaid breaks (formerly paid) ever since the new CEO, Naseem Saloojee took hold -No benefits whatsoever, or any plans to implement -A sterile office environment with eggshell white walls and cubicles straight out of a Dilbert cartoon -No consistent scheduling of hours, and you will only receive them a week in advance -Hostility should you choose to bring up any legitimate grievances against the environment or way things are run -Employees have been forced to pay for office necessities and have not been reimbursed as of yet, which was more than a month ago at the time of writing -A vending machine where everything is $2, even a cup of Mr. Noodle. I've never seen a company that pays the absolute minimum they can try to profit off their own employees when they need to eat. -No job security whatsoever. They will hire and fire as they like, and with the company currently "restructuring", will have the legal protection to do so even if you are off probation -Not a singular event, series of words or actions that could in any way point to the fact that anyone in any managerial position genuinely cares about their employees
