A lot of different projects A lot of sites to work in Several projects allows you to do WFH more than one day of the week All offices has awesome recreation areas: ping pong, arcade games, music room, soccer In most of the projects and in general working mood is really cool Informal wear awesome culture depending on the project, but in most of them good work/life balance
