Pros
Globant has a very impressive list of clients. As a "glober", you will have the opportunity to work for large international firms and play with the latest technologies. There will always new challenges and you will learn a lot. Travel opportunities to the US are pretty great if you are interested.
Cons
They have grown too fast, which has drove them away from their core values. They are no longer as transparent as they used to be, and the need for staffing new projects have made them lower their standards and hire people that are obviously not compatible with the once amazing company culture. Salaries are not great either.
