You definitely can be yourself at the company, that’s what I mostly value about it and at the same time you have tons of resources to learn and progress in your career path.
Cons
Depending on the project that someone can be assigned to, the person could be a bit isolated from the rest of the coworkers but still there is the option to visit the office in most of locations people work to meet new prople.
