I managed to hang on and learn some good skills in my tenure there for the better part of a decade to help me in my career moving forward. Not much overtime is required
Cons
* No sense of peer collaboration / teamwork, and it is not encouraged by management * No performance / merit incentives or other career improvement goals * Hostile work environment * Incompetent / ineffective management at all levels * HR is absolutely not an advocate for the employee whatsoever
