      No cap on your salary plus bonus and gas incentive, the vibe of the company is great and everyone is willing to help you reach your financial goals

      Cons

      100% commission, have to pay for residing state insurance license which may prolong your start date. Have to drive to pittsburg for first week of training.

      I don't really see any pros after reading reviews.

      Cons

      Poor, indirect communication. First contact was a recording. The second contact was another recording. They requested that I dress professionally for a zoom call, which I did consider. However, after researching the company, I am convinced that this is not a supportive environment.
