Pros

If you are under a good manager it’s possible to make money

Cons

Micromanaging, most business falls off, long hours, no work life balance, new agents come in exited and leave within weeks after not making money, selling to those who don’t want insurance but have requested a will or child safe kit and forced to sit through insurance pitch. No benefits, asked to recruit family and friends, asked to buy their insurance from employers, horrible leads

Pros

I don't really see any pros after reading reviews.

Cons

Poor, indirect communication. First contact was a recording. The second contact was another recording. They requested that I dress professionally for a zoom call, which I did consider. However, after researching the company, I am convinced that this is not a supportive environment.
