Pros

There is a lot of gratis, pretty good casual dress code. I have the option to dye my hair. There are also free taxi rides to avoid subway traffic. The company does provide a great opportunity. There is plentiful amount of work to be done.

Cons

Extremely disorganized and everyone admits that. Your boss will most likely throw you into the wilderness starving and demand you to accomplish multiple tasks. Paycheck is meager and late. They even ask you to buy coffees for everyone else. Everyone is just wearing a fake mask with a smiley face while deep down it’s a depressing work space. People are ready to throw each other under the bus. Management expects you to stay late every day and get there early on some days.

Pros

seeing many negative comments i thought to add some other comments, we tend to see only negative as humens so i get it... but man, there is also so much good out there. and when it comes to my work place, i love it! i love the product, i love my team, the opportunity to work on interesting subject. the story behind the company and the 2 founders. it has been 3 years and i don't see myself anywhere else.

Cons

none on my end, maybe the long hours i put sometimes but that's expected in sales.

Pros

Amazing employees that bond in the traumatic experience that’s is glow recipe.

Cons

- founders micro manage 10X - lack of care / concern for any employees. Coffee chats are set up for “feedback with founders” but if you share your true thoughts it’s held against you. - any one and everyone that has been good has left or is leaving - promotions don’t exist and they replace experienced leaders with junior talent - business decisions are atrocious and impact sales - the founders outright lie to the company. They said executives voluntarily gave up their bonuses so that we could all still receive one. Executives were forced to give up their bonuses.
