Pros
Young dynamic inspired teams. Strong will to improvement at the project management aspects, including internal workshops.
Cons
Teamleads are good as professionals but are extremely inexperienced as teamleads with very poor soft skills. No corporate culture and senior management does not seem to care. While it's a good place for start positions, I strongly do not recommend to join the company if you're middle or senior. Career growth there still might be an option, but no expertise growth is for sure. NB: they had a grey salary schema.
