      Pros

      Ambitious project with a lot of challenges. Some things were close to impossible or straight up unavailable in Unreal documentation - yet we were able to do it. Very friendly team and fantastic work environment

      It was a lot of work, sometime too much

      -Management is reasonable -Deadlines are reasonable (rare to find in gaming) -Flexible schedule

      Cons

      -Unironically, I've really enjoyed working at Glowstick and have yet in my position to run into any noteworthy cons. I enjoy the work and the environment.
