Best to learn AI technology

Long hours but the learning curve is very steep

Good place to learn as much as possible but all on your own (not really a good thing but I could think of nothing else).

AI frameworks & tools used are unusual, closed source, have very steep learning curves with limited resources and do less or no good to your employability in future. There are neither seniors nor proper employee training probably due to high turnover rate and lack of funds, so you've got to figure out almost everything by yourself. You don't really get to participate in business development activities even though this is a small company. Pay scale is generally low compared to the market out there and not much benefits such as pay raise or bonuses. Neither hybrid nor work from home option given the fact that this is a tech company. Poor career growth with frequent burnouts. Odd-dated Saturdays are working days. A startup with minimal progress for the past 9 years.
