The only positive aspect was the client I worked with (outside of GoConcept), who was nice.

Cons

Toxic internal culture: They present themselves as a “gold standard consulting firm,” but my experience was the exact opposite. The image they sell has nothing to do with reality. Completely botched interview: From my very first contact, I sensed something was off. The manager didn’t even ask relevant personal or professional questions during the interview. There was no discussion of my skills, motivations, or experience. It felt like they didn’t care at all who I was. Unpleasant and intrusive management: Once hired, the manager proved to be cold, dismissive, and did not hesitate to call outside of working hours, creating constant pressure. Intrusion into private life: I felt a deliberate attempt to interfere in my personal life, without any valid professional reason. Very low pay for the workload and level of expectation: No recognition, no appreciation. Unfulfilled promises: Everything I was told before hiring was false. One of the worst professional experiences of my life: High stress, no support, unhealthy environment.
