+ Executive leadership team is not to be trusted. Numerous violations on ethical conduct.
+ The salaries are below average for the industry.
+ Never felt like I could trust the management in this organization.
+ High turnover, no real growth opportunities.
+ High levels of micro management from executives even though there were smart, capable employees.
+ There was 'high drama' incidents. Still current President made several employees cry and flat out lied at company meetings. Highly unprofessional.
+ Very negative / tense work environment.
+ No schedule flexibility or work from home.
