- Culture: Stale and in need of major improvements. - Management: Project management team tends to micromanage. - Stability: Insecure business outlook with huge layoffs in July 2024. - Compensation: Minimal bonuses despite funding a new COO hire. - Diversity: Severe lack of representation; could count the total number people of color in the entire company on one hand. I was the only POC in my office. - Mentorship: Limited guidance from senior roles. - Projects: Low variety for the creative team, leading to repetitive work.
