Pros
I really value the remote-first culture—being able to work from home has given me such a great work-life balance, especially living in Latin America. The leadership team is incredibly supportive. I genuinely feel like they care about my growth and success. They’re approachable, open to feedback, and always there when I need guidance. I’ve had the chance to work directly with US-based clients, which has helped me grow professionally and gain experience in an international setting.
Cons
Even though I love working remotely, I’ll admit that it can get a little isolating sometimes, being home from 8 to 5 without in-person interaction isn't always easy. Luckily, our El Salvador team plans team workdays now and then, and those really help me feel more connected.
