Pros

Lots of snacks, weekly (or almost weekly) massages. Opportunities to share your opinion or concerns. Decent salary.

Cons

No freedom. You'll be working on shifts, changing every day. Even your lunch will have to be taken at specific time, which may change every day of the week. I usually ended up having lunch in front of my computer. Weekends and bank holidays at no additional pay and, of course, no way to avoid them (company gives the option to swap some shifts or days with other employees, but who's going to swap your weekend? .... Exactly). My main concern was that feeling that I was involved in some type of scam. The company is totally legit, no direct scam being done, but it made it so easy for users to start their campaign and raise funds, while so difficult to have them withdraw the raised funds... Actually it was my friends and family that were first concerned that I was involved in some scam company, because that's how it appeared on the national news. Gofundme allows for fake campaigns to start and raise funds, and they're not always caught on time. Most employees seem to be brainwashed. Always happy, always shiny and boot licking senior employees and managers. You'll hear the most friendly words one day, while on your back they'll be stabbing you. If you got the job after all the interviews, most likely they think you're the same (if you're not, you won't fit in and will end up quitting). Last but not least, soon after I was hired, our manager asked us to add a good review in glassdoor 'to get more talent interested' or so. You'll find lots of 5-star reviews here that say it's all good and so on, but they don't give any details. Yes, that's what we were expected to write. I take this opportunity to speak up, now that I'm out and at a much better company with more sense of reality.

Pros

Great culture and super welcoming, awesome mission and leadership/talent to guide young professionals

Cons

Not a lot of presence in person, but understandable due to the great hybrid policy

Pros

Pay is good and product is for Social Good

Cons

There is little hope that our stock options will have value soon. Leadership often prioritized alignment over independent judgment, and despite major hires and restructuring, the company has struggled to deliver products with meaningful impact or market traction. Feedback largely flowed top-down, with dissent poorly received and limited room to challenge decisions. While some leaders projected openness, there was often a noticeable gap between image and reality, with culture seeming more focused on hierarchy and appearances than execution and results.
