Pros
I enjoy my job at GoKeyless. It is a small company and it really does feel like a family. Everyone gets along for the most part and Josh and Brandon are really easy to work for. I like that they are both very approachable and down to earth. I feel that when you have an opinion about something everyone is eager to hear you out and even implement if possible. It is a very relaxed environment and easy to work in. That being said there are also high expectation and deadlines that need to be met. We celebrate our victories as one as well as discuss our defeats. I very much enjoy my job and like the small business feel even tho we do business all over the world.
Cons
As much as I enjoy my job there are always cons to every job, nothing is perfect. There is a real lack of communication between departments that really make it tough sometimes to get my job done. We have been working on this and there has been great improvement but a lot of push back at the same time. Other than that I am very happy with my position at GoKeyless and I personally have nothing really bad to say.
