Pros
This company used to have capable leaders and managers who made it a great place to work . Unfortunately , many of them left/are leaving . Leaving only a few capable pioneers .
Cons
The newer leadership doesn't compare to the previous ones. They tend to follow top down instructions, lacking the skills to do actual work. Instead, they rely their subordinates to handle everything while they focus on talking . There is no work life balance, expect to be overwork without clear boundaries . Performance improvement plan is non existent. There was a case where an employee was forced to resign after returning from paternity leave , and HR didn't step in to intervene .
