Good company - Software Developer GoPBN Employee Review

No pros at all. If you do not have any choice of income in your life and have the patience to wait for 2 months delay for salary, then join this company.

* Salary not on time (45 days to 2 months delay- i.e. Feb 2018 salary got it in May 2018) * No payment to Vendors (i.e office rent/ electricity/ AC/ stationary/water guy) and they come to the office every day for payment. * No value of employees at the office (treat like beggers) * Forget about bonuses and all * Do not pay FNF(full and final settlement) to the employees who have already left the organisation. * No statutory compliances followed- deducting PF, PT, ESIC but do not submit this to govt. and says it is in process and will get it done. * Employees those who are leaving the organisation have not got their experience letter yet including me.

Friendly Staff Great office Space Freedom to learn

Extremes: either there is too much work or not at all.
