Pros
Friendly and committed workforce. Forward-thinking company always working tirelessly to improve its product. Small size means everyone can make a difference and you are encouraged and empowered to do so. Also great work life balance, with a healthy 3/2 hybrid model
Cons
Tough market conditions means GoSee hasn't performed as well as expected since the Covid pandemic. This led to a couple of rounds of redundancies in 2024, which is always hard to execute but I've seen it worse elsewhere
