It was a lot of fun! Fun folks to work with, WFH with the option to go into the office, travel opportunities, fairly easy job all things considered
Cons
- Micromanagers and disconnect on work culture/values on the European side... Not sure how things work over there but don't expect your salespeople to be closing deals or making dials on the weekend. - Fake and shady sales managers and practices... Don't praise your salespeople are doing great one month and then descend upon them like vultures when they have a bad month or week. Also, NOT telling prospects that they'll be locked into a multi-year contract is messed up. These people are at their wits end, have little budget, and just want their kids to find educational success... Our job is to help them, not scam them. - Poor resource and hiring management... The Vienna trip was fun, but don't blow all your money on these extravagant events and then shut down 4 markets. Also, don't hire five people a day if they're all going to be laid off in a couple months
