Pros

What they TELL you in the interview process vs what it actually is are complete opposites. DO NOT get sucked into the pitch. It’s all lies

Cons

This was a bait and switch upon getting hired. Management changed the day before start date. Management is incompetent ‘leaders’ with no sales or management experience. manager was drunk during ride alongs with several complaints from the sales team. Narcissist who talk in circles. Zero value management brings to the table. This company is a joke and I feel hired top talent at a very hefty base just to make themselves look good for investors. No ramp up period despite being told there would be. A group of new hires all got fired after 5 weeks in the field. Several people offered 1099’s vs w2 employee. This company is shady. Don’t trust them.

Pros

During my internship, I was able to work on projects that were being shipped to production. Not a lot of internships give you that real-world experience, and I definitely got that here.

Cons

There were times that their wasn't too much work for me to do, but that was minimal.

Pros

Solid visionary at the top but a gap in strategic sales leadership. There's a lot of autonomy—flexible hours, freedom to build—just missing the right person to architect and drive the sales engine.

Cons

I want to share my experience with this company. They have innovative technology, but it often has bugs and lacks enough resources. The company culture is weak, and leadership is poor. Instead of improving processes to help the business grow, leaders focus more on reporting. There is a very high turnover rate, and the pay is below average.
