Health insurance, snacks, facilities and location.

Cons

Bad environment. Lack of training and lack of strategy regarding products price increase. Employees treated unfairly - favouritism.

We pride ourselves on fostering an environment of career development and transparency on strategic initiatives, and if our employees are not getting what they need, we have let them down. Pros

Remote and unfortunately that is it

Cons

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
