Pros

Pays well, office is modern, great co-workers

Cons

The management recently has created a culture where teammates have to compete to get a promotion. It doesn’t matter how good an individual is, in the end it’s still a competition against the co-workers which matter for a promotion. The career progression isn’t documented properly and the managers make up vague answers when the time comes to promote someone.

Pros

Remote and unfortunately that is it

Cons

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
