Pros

- Great colleagues, great team members. - Lots of benefits. - Travels. - Trainings.

Cons

- Citrix merger: all employees got 2-3x more products on their hands for the same money and time. Everyone is exhausted. - Legacy products: hell. No vision, no nothing. They see them as cash cows. - Everyone is thinking: a) I'll wait for the stocks to kick in then go somewhere else b) I'll don't wait for the stocks, because I get more money per month than here with the stocks combined. c) I'll wait until everything collapses. - Opinions can get you fired. - No career opportunities. - Company growth is a lie: numbers are better, mood is way worse, long term vision doesn't exist or not transparent. - No transparency about decisions. We don't know what we will work on the next few months. - RSUs are not sexy anymore as they drop in value. - No exit interview for leavers. - Lot of Senior+ colleagues leave, and they hire juniors to their place. As we see they don't want to retain employees anymore. - Salary is mediocore at best. Know some people who went with +50% for other companies.

Pros

Remote and unfortunately that is it

Cons

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
