Pros
Good opportunity for professional development using up to date technologies and equipment. Excellent working environment, great work/life balance, outstanding benefits, like community lunch and breakfast, Thirsty Thursday, ice cream days, free coke machine and snacks etc. It started to become a small-middle sized multinational company, but kept lot of things from startup benefits, and it's good.
Cons
Your career can be depend on which product (flagship or not) or team are you in. Maybe the compensation is not above the market like before, but it is absolutely OK.
