Pros

Great co-workers. New offices with really nice standing desks, yearly company wide retreats (Until LogMeIn aquired them)

Cons

The department I was in fired a lot of people just for not fitting in with the team. Outsourcing a lot of jobs.

Hi there. We assume you're referring to the acquisition of Jive in February of 2018. We have several former Jive employees still at GoTo, and the pandemic changed a lot of the in-person gatherings we were able to host and attend. While the brand is gone, the technology is the foundation of the new GoTo app and GoTo Connect. We appreciate your thoughts and wish you the best of luck in your next endeavor!

Pros

Remote and unfortunately that is it

Cons

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
