Pros

- excellent WLB - First friday of every month is a self care day

Cons

LMI/GOTO since now held private gives grant as a retention bonus, which vest quarterly. When I left the organization they buy back the option giving single digit $ for every grant. I would be beware of such grant for employees hoping to en-cash big unless they become public.

Remote and unfortunately that is it

Cons

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
