      Pros

      Although the pay is low compared to industry standards, the accelerators for exceeding quota make it more than with it. The work/life balance is amazing, remote first, as well as the unlimited PTO and benefits. Everyone is very supportive and willing to help you grow. The offices look amazing and if i lived closer I would definitely do more of a hybrid schedule.

      Takes a while to get promoted if you aren't into the politics with upper management
