- remote work - products are not complicated

Cons

- annual plans announced 2-3 months into the year, but expectation to meet goals remains. - constant changes to your role and responsibilities. - quota and P-club #'s are changing constantly throughout the year, No consistency. - this is not a place where you can build a career. You're truly a number to this company.

Pros

Remote and unfortunately that is it

Cons

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
