I am enjoying working at Go Transcript. Since joining three months ago, I have seen the improvements in the systems that they have introduced. The transcription tool is a boon to transcribers. The few teething problems experienced were attended immediately by Peter and his team. Thank you!

Editors could give constructive criticism and refrain from harsh statements. There's already a change seen, as this has lessened in recent times.
