Pros
I can’t say enough good things about Godfrey. There are so many amazing processes and procedures in place to make sure everyone is set up for success, and the culture here is really something special. The clients are also wonderful. Everyone is nice, there aren’t cliques and they also don’t harp on hierarchy the way some agencies do, in terms of senior staff from junior. You could approach anyone if you need something and they’d be happy to help you out. Godfrey is also very pro-remote work and they have excellent benefits.
Cons
If you’re considering a gig here, you probably know the clients are all B2B - no retail, restaurants, etc. Some people may enjoy working on a product variety of clients and not just B2B so if that’s more your style then Godfrey may not be for you. But if the complex fascinates you and you’ve never worked in B2B, it could really be the right fit.
