While we are always seeking to improve our voluntary retention at Going, we’re proud of our < 5% voluntary turnover rate this past year. Turnover is a complex issue many companies face, and we approach each case with the utmost attention and care. We strive to understand the reasons behind each departure and learn from them, always being mindful of the privacy of our departing colleagues, voluntary or otherwise. It's a delicate balance, and your feedback helps us consider refinement to our approach and communication.
