HR is bossing around. They call themselves people partners for some weird pretentious reasons At this rate, Gojek will be the next Amazon with toxic culture, but without the opportunities to move across locations or the global brand value Original team that created Gojek has mostly quit either by force or due to frustration with hike or changing work culture Almost 0 hike for 2 years. For those who joined 2 years ago, salary remains roughly the same. 4 pc per year hike on average. Doesn't make any sense Mostly overworked employees as company wants magic to happen with tech without hiring more people.
